Adande Refrigeration Free Trial – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

    • The free trial is available to U.S.-based convenience store operators only.
    • The trial is limited to the first three selected participants who meet Adande Refrigeration’s suitability criteria.
    • Participants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchasing decisions for their business.
 

Trial Duration & Equipment

    • The trial will last between 4 to 6 weeks from the date of installation.
    • The trial includes one (1) double-stack VCS Adande unit only.
 

Delivery & Installation

    • Adande will arrange delivery at no cost to the trial participant.
    • The participant is responsible for providing a suitable location with appropriate power and ventilation.
    • Extra costs will apply for the installation of the unit. Please talk to the Adande team for further details.
    • At the end of the trial, the unit will need to be placed on a pallet by the trialist/ customer if the trial is unsuccessful for them.
 

Usage & Care

    • The unit must be used in a professional food service setting and operated according to Adande Refrigeration’s guidelines.
    • The participant must keep the unit clean and in good working condition throughout the trial.
    • If the unit breaks and has significant wear and tear, charges will apply.
 

Trial Completion & Next Steps

    • If the participant does not wish to keep the unit, Adande will arrange for collection at no cost.
    • If the participant wishes to keep the unit, Karl from Adande will schedule a call to discuss the next steps in making Adande a permanent part of their kitchen efficiency strategy.
 

Marketing & Feedback

    • Participants agree to provide feedback on their experience with the Adande unit.
    • Adande may request testimonials, case studies, or images for marketing purposes (subject to participant approval).
 

General Conditions

    • Adande reserves the right to approve or deny any trial application.
    • The trial is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
    • Adande is not responsible for any business losses or operational disruptions caused by the use of the unit.
    • Adande reserves the right to terminate the trial early if the terms are not met.
