Stand is designed to sit above a VCR1 drawer unit, creating a combined storage-and-cooking station in a single footprint. Built from 304 grade stainless steel with adjustable aluminium bullet feet, it supports combi ovens up to 6 grid, with a maximum loading capacity of 660 lb (300 kg). The platform height adjusts between 875–900 mm, creating a void space of 566–591 mm — enough clearance to fit the VCR1 drawer unit beneath it. L-shaped stainless steel runners, fitted at a 60 mm pitch, allow 1/1 size gastronorm pans to be stored directly under the combi oven, while a telescopic pull-out shelf gives chefs a place to rest pans straight from the oven.
